You ruined my plans for the day. I couldn't put it down! - James Billie former Chief Seminole Indian Tribe.
What a delightful and insightful meeting the Foley (Alabama) Book Club had last week!.
We met to discuss Lisa Kirkman's book Meeting at Matthew Street. Lisa was our guest speaker and what a magnificent presentation she made in her special warm relaxed way. The author was just as intriguing as the book.
We definitely recommend both.

The story drew me in from the beginning and I liked the way you developed each character, how you seamlessly integrated the various back-stories into the narrative, the fascinating history of each different era, and the skillful way you let us gradually realize how broad the reach of the time-frame was. - Don Parker radio host, Good Morning Pensacola WCOA
I don't normally read books like this but I gave it a try and was mesmerized from the start. Left me wanting the next book to see what happens!
